Sam Seigler
Founder & Group Managing Director
Sam founded Trinity Bridge to support organisations in identifying and hiring the very best leaders. Previously, he spent 12 years at one of the world’s leading Executive Search firms, advising companies across the consumer industries. During his last four years at the firm, he headed their global hospitality, travel, and leisure practice, working with some of the leading brands in the sector.
Sam has a degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester.
Stephanie Watzek
Managing Director, Germany
Stephanie is based in Berlin and heads our Central Europe office. She brings over a decade of direct experience in the hospitality industry, having spent more than 10 years at Kempinski Hotels in Revenue Management, where she progressed to manage global revenue strategy.
Before joining our team, Stephanie worked at LHC International, specialising in recruiting senior leaders across the real estate and hospitality sectors.
She holds a Diploma in Business Administration and studied Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Cooperative Education in Breitenbrunn.

Heather Turner
Operations Manager
Heather joined as Operations Manager in February 2023. She has a background in corporate finance and investor relations with Close Brothers and UBS where she worked as an Executive Assistant supporting at board level for over ten years. She has a wide range of experience in office management, high level PA support and project management.

Beth Newton
Researcher
Beth joined the team in 2024 as a Researcher, from Mode Search where she specialised in the FMCG and Luxury Goods sectors across Europe, APAC and America. Beth assists and supports on a diverse range of senior level searches across all our practices in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure sectors.
Beth has a background in Retail and Fashion, holding a BA Hons in Fashion from the London College of Fashion and, following university, worked at the leading international search firm; SRI, in a researcher capacity.

Michael Wellin
Consultant Psychologist
Michael is a Chartered Psychologist who has worked with major public companies and professional service firms for over 30 years to support implementation of culture change and talent management programmes. Most recently he has specialised in the assessment of senior executive candidates for C-suite positions in the US and UK.
Michael has a BA, MSc, and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He has published two books Managing the Psychological Contract and Behaviour Technology.
