InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Jim Mikolaichik as the new Chief Executive Officer for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience to the role, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Diamond Resorts.
Jessica Martino Enan has joined Auberge Collection as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the group’s global commercial organisation. She brings more than two decades of experience building and transforming iconic luxury brands. Most recently she served as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Digital and Client Service Officer at Gucci, and has also held senior leadership roles with Louis Vuitton, LVMH and Vogue.
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has announced a key leadership change with the departure of the current Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy, Michele Allen , who will remain in an advisory role until the end of the year. Kurt Albert has been named Interim CFO with immediate effect.
Atrium Hospitality has announced the promotion of Sandi Snead to the role of Vice President, Operations. Sandi has been with the group since 2015 and most recently held the role of Regional Vice President of Finance.
TUI has announced the promotion of Melvin Mak to the role of Group Director for Sustainability & ESG. He has been with the group since 2014 as part of the sustainability team and previously served as Group Head of Sustainability Strategy & Technology.
Dominic Arel has joined United Hospitality Management as Vice President of Operations for the Middle East. He joins from Fairmont, The Palm where he held the role of General Manager.
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the promotion of Faisal Nafees to the role of Senior Regional Director for West and South India. He has been with the group for over six years, most recently serving as General Manager of the Radisson Resort & Spa in Lonavala.
Daniel Waite has been announced as the new Regional Director of Human Resources for North America at Millennium Hotels and Resorts . Daniel has over 25 years of experience in HR leadership and previously served as Regional Director of Human Resources, Eastern Region at Westgate Resorts.
Auro Hotels , one of the United States’ largest privately-owned hospitality management firms, has appointed Jay Burnett as Executive Vice President of Investments and Development. Prior to joining the group, Jay served as Chief Investment Officer at GF Hotels & Resorts.
Luis Garcia has been named as the new Director of Food & Beverage for the St. Regis, Bal Harbour Resort in Miami. Luis previously served as the Executive Director of Food & Beverage SLS South Beach, a luxury property known for its vibrant culinary offerings.
Minor Hotels has welcomed Adam Harvey as Commercial Director overseeing five of the group’s properties in Qatar – Banana Island Resort, Doha by Anantara, Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli, Al Najada Hotel by Tivoli, Al Najada Hotel Apartments by Oaks and Souq Al Wakra Hotel by Tivoli. Most recently, Adam served as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing at the same group of properties.
Marriott Hotel, Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi , has announced the appointments of Teodora Tasic as Director of Sales, and Jennifer Belz , as Director of PR & Marketing. Teodora brings experience from properties including The Abu Dhabi EDITION, Marriott Downtown, Abu Dhabi and Aloft, Abu Dhabi. Jennifer joins from Germany where she has been working in brand strategy, digital innovation and creative storytelling fora variety of luxury and lifestyle destinations.
Mövenpick Hotels has appointed Natalia Zubareva as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing at Mövenpick Hotels & Apartments, Bar Dubai, and Mövenpick Hotel Apartments, Al Mamzar, Dubai. Natalia brings over 17 years of experience to the role, having previously worked with brands including Accor, Marriott and Emaar.
Mohamed Zaheen has taken the role of Director of Sales for Sheraton, Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa . Most recently, Mohamed held the role of Assistant Director of Sales at Accor property, Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa.
