Luxury crystal house Baccarat is accelerating its push into hospitality, announcing the appointment of Neil Jacobs  as Censor of its Board of Directors. The company is planning new hotels in Rome, Florence, Dubai, the Maldives, Miami, and Macao over the next three years as part of a larger strategy to expand its hospitality footprint. Jacobs, spent more than 13 years leading Six Senses and recently founded Wild Origins, a strategic consulting firm focused on hospitality, wellness, and sustainable development.

Kempinski Hotels makes two key appointments, with industry veteran Paul Lonergan  joining as Chief Operating and Asset Management Officer. A new role that will oversee the luxury hotel group’s operations and asset management strategy in EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific (excluding China & Mongolia).

Manish Nambiar  has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Nambiar joined the company in 2004 as an area executive chef in Tanzania before progressing through multiple leadership roles.

Karina Elias has joined Corinthia London  as its new Hotel Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations. Karina spent her early career at Marriott Hotels and has also worked at The Savoy and The Langham London in senior F&B positions.

Boutique Group  , the hospitality company fully owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced the appointment of Livio Faverio  as General Manager and Vice President of The Red Palace, set to open in Riyadh in 2026.

Marie-Berengere Chapoton has been named as the new Managing Director for Rosewood São Paulo  . With over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Marie has held senior leadership positions in 11 countries at hotels under Accor, including Raffles, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and Sofitel.

The Residency Hotels announces the appointment of Prakash Jayadevan  as its new Chief Operating Officer. Formerly of Oberoi and Trident Hotels, his appointment comes at a crucial time as The Residency Hotels embarks on a new phase of growth and brand elevation.

Premier Inn Middle East has appointed Jennifer Edwards  as its new Operations Excellence Director. Most recently, Edwards served as a Commercial Lead at Whitbread overseeing revenue management across Premier Inn hotels in the UK.

BWH Hotels GB has announced the appointment of Jade Humphrey  as its new Hotel Development Sales Director. The appointment comes as the business, the largest group of independent hotels in Great Britain, continues to expand its portfolio of hotels across the country.

Konrad Gstrein has been named Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Maui  at Wailea. Prior to his current appointment, Gstrein was the Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.

Grace Bay Resorts , a leading independent operator in the Caribbean, has appointed Jonathan Lithgow  as Managing Director of Grace Bay Club. Lithgow’s career includes regional and general management roles with Aman Resorts in China, Bhutan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, and Sri Lanka.

The St. Regis Singapore has named Stephanie Choi  as its new Director of Sales & Marketing as the hotel completes its renovation. Choi has spent more than 15 years with Marriott International, and most recently served at The Langham, Hong Kong, where she helped strengthen brand performance and elevate guest engagement.

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Mariki Sayles  as the new Director of Food & Beverage. Mariki is an experienced hospitality leader who has worked across India and the United States.
