Robert Fritz has been appointed as Executive Chairman at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Robert is a long-time executive with the company’s shareholder; Cascade Investment, and he has been serving as Lead Director on the Four Seasons Board since 2022.
Choice Hotels International has announced a leadership transition with current President & CEO, Patrick Pacious, stepping down. Dominic Dragisich, currently Chief Growth & Strategy Officer has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Hotel group Edyn who operate brands including Locke and Cove by Locke, have made three senior appointments to their European leadership team: Dominique Florian joins as Vice President of Development & Design; Dan Merchant joins as Chief People Officer, and Darrell Spencer joins as Vice President of Information Technology.
Kerzner International Holdings, owner and operator of brands including One&Only and Atlantis, have announced two promotions within the Northern Europe team. Lize Smit has been promoted to Director of Commercial and Jonathan Bellamy, who joined the group in 2024, succeeds her as Account Director.
Airbnb has announced that Gus Fuldner has been appointed as the new Global Head of Operations, marking the group’s commitment to its AI-powered transformation strategy. Guy joins from Uber where he served as Senior Vice President of Core Services.
Rachel Davis has also been appointed Communications Lead, EMEA. She was previously Associate Director, Global Corporate Communications at Bumble Inc
Steven J Smith has taken on a new role with Hyatt as General Manager of Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar. He most recently held the role of General Manager for Hyatt Regency, Hill Country Resort & Villas in San Antonio, Texas.
Omni Hotels & Resorts has named Tonie Hernandez Corral as the new Director of Human Resources for the opening of Omni, Pontoque Resort in Mexico, the group’s first property in the country. She joins from The St Regis, Punta Mita Resort where she served as Director of Human Resources.
Shashank Singh has been appointed as Director of Commercial for Hilton, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa. Shashank’s previous career spans brands including Oakwood, Marriott and most recently, Accor, where he served as Cluster Director of Commercial for a group of properties across Bangkok and Phuket.
