Travelodge has announced that Chief Executive, Jo Boydell has stepped down and Ray Reidy has been appointed as Interim CEO. Ray has held the role of Chief Financial Officer since April 2025 and previously worked with Aston Villa Football Club and VetPartners Limited.
Former Jumeirah Group CEO, Jose Silva, has been appointment as Chairman of Maybourne Hotel Group. Before Jumeirah, Jose spent almost 25 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, serving as General Manager for Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris and later as regional vice president for Europe.
De Vere, Latimer Estate located in Buckinghamshire has announced two key appointments with Shaun Moor taking the role of General Manager and Laura Bather as Director of Sales. Shaun most recently served as General Manager at Crowne Plaza, Kings Cross and Laura as Director of Sales for Doubletree by Hilton, St Anne’s Manor.
Luxury Greek hotel operator Ella Resorts has appointed Claire Griffiths to the newly created roled of Trade Relations Manager for the UK. Claire brings over 20 years of experience to the role, most recently serving as Associate Director at Saranta Associates. She also previously spent 10 years as UK Sales Manager for Sani Resort & Ikos Resorts.
The Indian Hotels Company Limited, India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the promotion of Saurabh Tiwara to the role of Vice President, Middle East, Maldives & Sri Lanka for Taj Hotels. Saurabh joined Taj, Dubai in 2021 and was then promoted to Area Director of Operations in 2024.
The Little Nell, Residences at The Little Nell and Aspen Mountain Club have named Sandra Estornell as Managing Director. She has previously held senior leadership positions with Ritz-Carlton and Rosewood.
InterContinental, Bali Resort has announced the appointment of Narendran Maniam as Director of Food & Beverage. He joins from Pan Pacific Hotel Group, Malaysia where he held the same role.
Marisa Ng has joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts as Associate Commercial Director for Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. Prior to taking her new role, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Singapore, Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel.
Pan Pacific Perth has named Scott Alderson as Director of Commercial. He was previously Director of Sales at Crown Perth Resort leading the commercial team across the resort’s three hotels and extensive convention centre.
Ace Mamun has joined the commercial team of Sofitel, Sydney Darling Harbour as the new Director of Marketing & Communications. He brings prior experience across luxury hospitality and global branding, having previously worked with Marriott International and Paramount’s publishing division.
