The Pig Hotel Group has named Kevin Styles  as the new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Tom Ross who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities. Kevin has more than 30 years of experience leading hospitality and retail businesses, most recently holding the role of Chief Executive Officer at Honest Burgers.

Marriott International has announced the retirement of Leeny Oberg, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President, Development in 2026, after 26 years with the group. Jen Mason is to succeed her as the company Chief Financial Officer. She has been with the group for 33 years and is currently serving as Global Officer, Treasurer & Risk Management. Shawn Hill  takes the role of Chief Development Officer from his current position as Chief Development Officer for APEC.

Kuok Hui has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Shangri-La  , Asia effective from 1 August. She has served as the group’s Executive Director since 2016 and Chairperson since 2017.

Neil Jacobs , former Chief Executive Officer for Six Senses, has taken the role of Senior Strategic Advisor for Capella Hotel Group  . Neil’s new responsibilities will fall under the scope of his newly founded company; Wild Origins, described as a “purpose-driven, advisory collective and creative studio that brings soulful and sustainable projects to life”.

Accor has announced the appointment of Emilie Couton  as the new Chief Executive Officer for Accor Plus. She has been with the group for over 24 years and most recently served as Managing Director for Asia Pacific at subsidiary D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions.

Hyatt has appointed Guillaume Paupy  as the new General Manager for Hyatt Regency, London – the Churchill and as the Area Vice President for Hyatt in the UK and Ireland. Guillaume has over two decades of experience with the group, most recently serving as Managing Director at Hyatt in Tokyo, overseeing the brand’s presence in one of its key Asia markets and led Andaz, Tokyo for over three years.

Daniel Ozzán has been announced as the new General Manager for Viceroy at Ombria Algarve  . He brings a wealth of experience, having most recently held the role of General Manager for Tambo del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Peru.

Rosewood has promoted Patrick Graham  to the role of Managing Director for Rosewood, Bermuda from his previous position as Hotel Manager at Rosewood, London. He has also held key leadership positions for Rosewood, Munich and Rosewood, Schloss Fuschl.

Moshi Perera has been promoted by Hyatt  to take the role of General Manager for Hyatt Regency, Nairobi Wetlands and alongside this role has been named Area Vice President for Sub-Saharan Africa. Moshi previously served as General Manager for Shangi-La, Surabaya.

White Lodging has announced two key appointments with Noah Hoppe joining as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer after spending nearly two decades with Hyatt, holding a variety of senior finance positions. Jared Garner  has been appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer. He joins from Concord Hospitality where he held the role of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Hyatt has announced the promotion of Whitney Ashby  to the role of Business Development Director for Alila Hotels, one of the group’s five luxury brands. Whitney joined the group in 2024 as Business Development Manager for the southwest mountain states.

Edward Leenders has joined Auberge Resorts Collection  as the new General Manager of The Woodward Auberge in Switzerland. Edward previously served as Managing Director at Corinthia, Grand Hotel Astoria in Brussels where he led the re-opening of the historic property.

Accor has appointed Fadeel Wehbe  as Managing Director for the Sofitel, Riyadh Hotel & Convention Centre prior to the opening later this year. He brings over 30 years of experience in international hospitality leadership and most recently held the role of Multi-property General Manager for five Marriott hotels in Dubai.

Shadi Suleman has been named as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons  , Riyadh, a promotion from his previous position as Senior General Manager for Four Seasons, Doha.

Hyatt announces the appointment of Saba Ewunie  as Director of Finance for the Great Scotland Yard Hotel in Westminster, part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Saba joins from Hyatt Regency, London Stratford where she held the role of Group Purchase Ledger Clerk.

JA Hotels & Resorts has announced that Shanadi Liyanage has been appointed as Cluster Director of Marketing for JA Ocean View Hotel and The Manor Hotel by JA, and Philip Hardie  takes on the role of Director of Food & Beverages for JA Ocean View Hotel. Shanadi has worked with renowned brands such as the Dubai EDITION and Philip previously spent ten years with Marriott overseeing F&B operations in several leading Dubai properties.

Millennium Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Archana Kawatra  as Commercial Director for Grand Millennium Hotel, Dubai. She most recently held the role of Area Director of Sales for Stamford Hotels in Australia.

Shafiq Shafie has been promoted by Marriott International  to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing for The Westin, Kuala Lumpur from his previous role as Country Director of Revenue Management Advisory Services for Marriott hotels across Malaysia.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore has announced several key leadership appointments including; John Paul has been appointed as Director of Human Resources. He most recently served in the same role at W, Goa. And Saurabh Tyagi  has taken the role of Director of Culinary. Chef Saurabh has previously worked with some of India’s most prestigious hotels including The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and The Leela Palace and Resorts.
