Hiltonhas announced the promotion of Liz Perkins to the role of Vice President, Commercial, Middle East & Africa from her previous position as Vice President, Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific. In her new role she will move to Dubai in order to oversee commercial performance across more than 150 hotels in the region.

Hoda Tahounhas been named as Chief Talent Officer for Kempinski Hotels . Hoda has a 27-year career in HR and talent management, joining from Russell Reynolds Associates where she served as the Global Leader of the Leisure and Hospitality practice.

Amir Mustafahas been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for B&B Hotels, USA , succeeding Valerio Duchini who has recently taken the role of CEO for Western Europe. Prior to his appointment with B&B, Amir held various leadership roles with Extended Stay America and previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations with Aimbridge Hospitality.

Australian boutique ultra-luxury hotel provider; Baillie Lodgeshas announced the appointment of Michael Crawford as Chief Executive Officer. Michael joins from Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company where he served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO.

Arun Paliwalreturns to InterContinental Hotels Group as Area Director of HR for South West Asia and Director of HR of Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar. Arun joins from Leisure Hotels Group where he served as Chief HR Officer and has previously held key HR roles with various IHG properties.

Nathan Cragiehas been promoted to Head of Talent & Recruitment at Raffles, London at The OWO from his previous role as Recruitment Manager at the property. In his new role he will be leading the talent strategy for both Raffles, London and The OWO Residences by Raffles.

Raffles Hotels and Resortshave announced the appointment of Carlos Bueno as the new General Manager of their American flagship property; Raffles, Boston. Carlos brings over 25 years of hospitality experience, having previously held key roles at prominent Boston properties including Boston Harbour Hotel, Fairmont, Copley Plaza and The Newbury, Boston.

Peter Lairdjoins Melia, Pattaya as Food & Beverage Director. Irish and British national, Peter has been working in Thailand since 2018, most recently holding the role of Director of F&B at Sofitel, Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort.

Four Seasons, Mumbaihas announced the promotion of Noel Mendes to the role of Director of Food & Beverage from his previous position as Food & Beverage Manager.

Dusit Hotels & Resortshas announced the appointment of Ahmed ElShishiny as Cluster Director, Marketing, overseeing marketing operations for Dusit, Thani Maldives and the dusitD2, Feydhoo Maldives due to open later this year. Ahmed’s previous experience includes the role of Area E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager for Minor Hotels and E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager for Kempinski Hotels in Egypt.

BR. Senaratnehas been named as the new Area Director of Finance for the Maldives for Banyan Group . He most recently held the role of Director of Finance for Angsana, Velavaru.
