Aman Resorts has announced the appointment of Guenter Gebhard as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region, based in Bangkok. Guenter previously served as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh where he played a key role in supporting the brand’s growth.
The Peninsula Hotels has hired Feria Kazemi as its Communications Director based in Hong Kong. Most recently, she held the position of Head of Reputation and Industry Relations for the EMEA region at Google in London.
Managing Director of Gleneagles and Estelle Manor, Conor O’Leary has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for The Gold Service Scholarship . The Gold Service Scholarship was launched in 2012 to inspire and nurture the UK’s up and coming front-of-house talent in food and beverage.
Marriott appoints a new Development Director for DACH. Michal Reschke , previously the Director of Development & Project Feasibility at H World International / Steigenberger Hotels will take the position to support the group’s expansion in the region.
Hyatt Hotels has announced the promotion of Amarinder Sadana to the role of Director of Revenue Management, India & Southwest Asia from his previous position as Regional Director of Revenue Management for Asia, overseeing a portfolio of 60 hotels.
Anthony Torres has been named as the new Vice President of Food & Beverage for Pyramid Global Hospitality . He joins from IHG where he led food and beverage operations for Kimpton, InterContinental, Regent, Hotel Indigo and Vignette, supporting nearly 70 properties across the Americas.
Laura Christian has been hired by Banyan Tree Dubai and AlUla to the role of Cluster Director of Marketing and Comms. She previously worked at The Ned and in her last role was Group Director of Marketing at The Mandala Group.
The InterContinental Dublin has announced the promotion of John Lynch to the position of Deputy General Manager. Born in Dublin, he joined the InterContinental over three years ago and has held the positions of Director of Rooms and Director of Operations previously.
Deshanee Wijayasinghe has been promoted to the role of Director of PR & Communications for Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts from her previous role leading PR and communications for the group’s Maldives business.
Ventive Hospitality has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mayur Tiwari as Associate Vice President – Food & Beverage & Culinary. In his enhanced role, he will be responsible for shaping the group’s culinary vision, elevating guest dining experiences, and driving innovation across all properties.
Bjoern Noeldner takes up the role of General Manager to lead the pre-opening team for the Voco Gosford. Bjoern most recently worked with InterContinental Hotels in Fiji, Adelaide and Hayman Island.
Athens Capital Hotel , part of Accor’s MGallery Hotel Collection has appointed Evangelos Pritsiolas as Director of Sales & Marketing for both the flagship property and its sister hotel, the Athens Capital Suites.

He joins Remington from First Hospitality where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer leading operations, commercial strategy and the people and talent divisions.
Rahul Pavithran has been appointed to the role of Head of Sales & Marketing at ITC Ratnadipa Colombo . Prior to joining ITC Ratnadipa, Rahul served as Director of Sales at JW Marriott New Delhi.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Guneeta Duggal as its new Director of Sales & Marketing for Raffles, Udaipur. She previously held the same role for JW Marriott, Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa.
Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas has announced the appointment of Martin Peter Otto Riehl as the new Executive Chef. With over four decades of international culinary experience, he most recently served as Director of Culinary Operations at Grand Hyatt Macau.
Miriam Hernandez has taken the role of Director of Sales & Marketing for W, Punta Cana . Miriam has previously held roles at Hyatt International and Expedia Group, where she served as Director of Market Management for the Caribbean region.
Virtuoso has appointed Helen McCabe-Young as its new Senior Vice President of Global Products, following Thatcher Brown’s recent departure. In addition, Amy Logan has been named Vice President of Global Network Product, and Lucy Lieberman is now vice President of Global Digital Experience.
