The Landmark Collection has has announced the promotion of Sally Beck to Deputy Managing Director of the Group and Managing Director of The Landmark, London. Sally has spent the previous 13 years as General Manager for Royal Lancaster, London.
Sophos Hotels has announced the appointment of Clara Muller as Senior Director of Development. She joins from Accor where she most recently served as Development Manager for the Premium, Midscale and Economy brands in Central Europe.
Hilton has announced the promotion of Erica Cary to Vice President, Internal Communications & Community Partnerships. Erica has been with the group since 2016, holding a variety of senior roles across the People function, most recently as Vice President, Global HR Business Partner.
Airbnb has announced the promotion of Zhiqiu Kong to the role of Regional Director for Asia. He has been with the company for more than a decade and has held a variety of leadership roles across product innovation, growth, business development and strategy.
Tristan Delaittre Vichnievsky has been named as the new General Manager for Hotel Eden, Rome, part of the Dorchester Collection. Tristan has been serving as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for the group since 2024 and prior to that held F&B roles with Le Meurice in Paris.
Solmar Hotels & Resorts has announced two key leadership appointments following investment by the group into their Los Cabos portfolio. Mauricio Salicrup has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Michel Albahari as Director of Operations. Mauricio brings over 35 years of experience to the role, previously working with the Los Cabos Hotel Association and the Los Cabos Tourism Board. Michel has been with Solmar since 2025 in General Manager roles.
Hyatt has announced the appointment of Chiranjib De as Area Director of Human Resources for North India. He has spent the past two decades with Hyatt, most recently in the role of Cluster Director of Human Resources at Grand Hyatt, Kochi.
Stefano Capaccetti has joined the pre-opening team of Rixos Phu Quoc, Vietnam as Managing Director. Stefano joins from Rixos Qetaifan North in Doha where he led the property through its launch ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
Hyatt has announced two key leadership apppointments prior to the opening of the group’s first Andaz Hotel in Queensland. Saraid Carey has been named as General Manager, bringing over 22 years of leadership experience within Hyatt brands including Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt and Hyatt Regency. Jane Strangman has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing, joining from Marriott where she held the same role for Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa, Gold Coast.
Andre Kretschman has been announced as the new General Manager for Rah Gili, Maldives, part of the SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS group. He has served in General Manager positions for The Legian, Bali, The Chedi, Muscat and Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa.
Indian-based carbon neutral hotel brand Eco Hotels & Resorts has appointed Ramika Kapoor to the role of Associate Vice President of Sales. She has previously worked with leading brands including The Bloom Hotel Group, The Park Hotels and Holiday Inn.
Jason Viljoen has been appointed to the role of Cluster Director of Talent & Culture for Rosewood in New Zealand, supporting the group’s three properties in the region. Since 2023, Jason has been holding the role of Precinct Director of Talent & Culture for Accor.
John Dominguez has been named Director of Sales & Marketing at OUTRIGGER, Kona Resort & Spa. He most recently served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Outbound Sedona.
