Constellation Hotels has appointed Neil Jacobs as Chief Executive Officer for its new luxury hospitality management business, created to operate the growing portfolio currently including London properties; The Connaught, The Emory, The Berkeley; the forthcoming Saint-Germain Hotel in Paris; a development in Marrakech; and Hackwood Park. Neil previously served as CEO for Six Senses and is the founder of Wild Origins.
Choice Hotels International has announced the appointment of Dominic Dragisich as President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been acting as Interim CEO since May 2026 and prior to joining the group, served as Chief Financial Officer for XO Communications.
Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Kenny Toy as Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global. Kenny brings over 20 years of experience to his new role across commercial, marking and digital transformation, most recently serving as Managing Director of Accenture Song.
Tui have announced the appointment of Louise Bates as Managing Director for Tui Blue. Louise is currently Director of Brand & Products at Tui Hotels & Resorts and will step into her new role on 1 October 2026 when current MD; Artur Gerber steps down to take on an advisory role for the group.
Pepijn Rijvers has been named as the new Chief Business Officer at Airbnb, leading Homes, Hotels, Global Markets, and Enterprise Operations. He joins from Tripadvisor Group where he held the same role and, earlier in his career, spent 13 years with Booking.com.
Daniel Thompson has taken the role of General Manager for The Pig at Harlyn Bay, the seventh hotel in the group’s portfolio when it opened in 2020. He joins from Thurlestone Hotel, Devon where he has held the role of General Manager since 2024.
Anup Mather has joined Minor Hotels in the newly created role of Account Director, India. He has spent the last 17 years in hospitality sales working with brands including Marriott and Accor, most recently serving as Account Director, Global Sales at Marriott.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts has announced the promotion of Kristi Kastrounis to Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing from her previous role as Vice President of Digital Marketing which she has held since joining the gorup in 2025.
United Hospitality Management has appointed Helder Martins to the role of Vice President of Operations, Europe. He most recently served as Complex General Manager of Pine Cliffs Resort and also previously led the opening of the Hyatt, Regency Lisbon, Portugal’s first Hyatt resort.
Sakshi Sehdev Dogra has taken the role of Director, Area Marketing & Communications, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group. Before taking her new role, Sakshi drove performance-driven sales and marketing across more than 78 hotels at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Hotel d’Angleterre in Copenhagen has named Joao Prista von Bonhorst as the new General Manager. He most recently served as General Manager for Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Lisbon.
Ron Vlasic has joined Kohler Hospitality as Vice President of Lodging, overseeing the group’s flagship properties. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Invited Clubs.
Marriott has named Mark Eberwein as General Manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles and JW Marriott, Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. He joins from SLS Beverly Hills where he held the role of General Manager.
