Castlebridge Hopsitality has announced the promotion of two of its leaders into new roles; Rebecca Bozeat-Manzi has taken on the expanded role of Group Director, Sales & Marketing from her previous position as Head of Sales. Scott Rankin has stepped up to the role of Group Director, Operations from his previous position as Group Operations Manager.
The former Managing Director of the Stafford Collection , John McLean has announced he is stepping down after 20 months in the role. He joined the group in 2024 as General Manager and was promoted to the role of MD of the collection in January 2025.
Aya Hanova has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Paris-based group; Evok Collection . She has previousy worked as Managing Director and Genreal Manager at Arev Collection and Airelles.
Outrigger Hospitality Group has named Steve Nickerson as the new Vice President of Operations for the Americas. He most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Midas Hospitality Group.
Valor Hospitality has announced the appointment of Andrew McLoughlin to the role of General Manager for Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. Andrew has previously worked with leading brands including Jurys Inn, Accor and Hilton, and earlier in his career held the role of General Manager for Aberdeen Airport Hotel, now part of the Valor group of properties.
Carl Davies-Phillips has been appointed by IHG Hotels & Resorts to the role of General Manager for voco St David’s, Cardiff. Carl joins from Castlebridge Hospitality where he held the role of Operations Director.
Zeynep Peker Prakatur has been promoted by Raffles Hotels & Resorts to the role of Area Commercial Director responsible for four hotels in the Middle East; the Raffles, Al Areen Palace, Bahrain, Raffles, The Palm, Dubai where she has been holding the role of Commercial Director, and Raffles, Jeddah and Raffles, The Red Sea – both opening later this year.
Jens Dünnebacke has been appointed by TFE Hotels as Regional Director of Key Accounts, Europe. He joins the Australian hotel group from Edyn where he held the role of Regional Director of Sales, Northern Europe.
Harsh Sakpal has been appointed to the role of Area Director of Revenue for West and East India at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai . In his new role, Harsh will lead revenue strategy for the property and multiple other Hyatt properties across the region.
