The Pig Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Peter Hannah as the new Chief Operating Officer. He was most recently Group Operations Director for The Jamie Oliver Group and has also previously worked with Vue Entertainment.
L+R Hotels has announced several leadership appointments to the commercial team with Amrita Makkar joining as Director of Commercial Strategy and Philip D’Antoni as Director of Sales, North America. Amrita joins from Virgin Hotels where she was instrumental in launching the group’s first Scottish properties, and Philip was most recently VP of Sales and Reuben Brothers’.
Nikos Konstantinidis has taken the role of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Europe at Highgate Hospitality . Nikos brings over 12 years of diverse investment experience to the role, previously involved in underwriting and executing value-add transactions at AXA Real Estate.
Laura Sargent has been appointed as Group HR Director for UK hotel management company RBH Hospitality Management . She brings over 11 years of hospitality and HR experience to the role and joins from Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland.
Award-winning urban lifestyle hotel brand CityHub has named Remco Gerritsen as Chief Executive Officer. The group are growing across Europe with openings in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, and Reykjavik. Remco brings over 25 years of international hospitality experience to the role, most recently serving as Director of Hotels at International Hotel Capital Partners.
Mandarin Oriental has announced two key leadership appointments with Christian Gradnitzer appointed Group Director of Food & Beverage. He brings over 30 years of international experience to the role and joins from Rikas Hospitality Group, the leading operator of restaurants and beach clubs in the Middle East, where he held the role of Vice President of Business Development & Operations. Kandé Camara has taken the role of Chief of Staff and Group Director of Sustainability. Before joining
the group she held senior roles at Kerzner International and Parfums Christian Dior.
Intercontinental Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Christophe Laure to the role of Head of Luxury & Lifestyle Division in France. Christophe has been with the group over 33 years, holding the position of General Manager for the InterContinental Paris le Grand since 2010.
Ashley Robertson has been named as the new Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate at MGM Resorts International . She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across hospitality, gaming and entertainment, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Cosmopolitan of Last Vegas.
JA Resorts & Hotels have made a number of key leadership appointments. Chris Wayne-Willis taking the role of Cluster General Manager of JA Ocean View Hotel and JA, The Manor Hotel in Dubai. He joins the group after five years as CEO of Crerar Hotels. He is joined by Laura Dunphy , taking the position of Cluster People Director for the group’s Scottish portfolio. Laura was previously Head of Learning & Development at Crerar. Roberto Garrone also joins as General Manager, JA Manafaru and Smriti K Murray as Director of
Learning & Development for the group.
Interhill Hospitality has announced several key leadership appointments across its Accor-branded hotels. Sunardi Song has been appointed General Manager of Pullman, Kuching and Adrian Ng has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at the same property. Randy Nickcolas Constantine is now General Manager of Pullman, Miri Waterfront and Alan Tham has been named Vice President of F&B and will oversee all F&B operations across Interhill
Hospitality.
Heinrich Morio has joined Ceil, Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by InterContinental Hotels Group as the new General Manager. The property is set to open in November 2025 as the world’s tallest hotel. Heinrich’s most recent role was as General Manager of Amanpulo, a private island resort in the Philippines.
Marriott International has announced the promotion of Elhamy Ramzy as Resident Manager for the JW Marriott Hotel, Cairo. Elhamy has been with the property since 2019, holding the role of Multi-Property Director of Sales & Marketing.
Bianca Bara has joined Aloft, Abu Dhabi as Director of Sales & Marketing. She has previously held key roles across Marriott properties including Marriott, Al Forsan Abu Dhabi, Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi and Four Points by Sheraton, Sheikh Zayed Road.
